Been working on the path texture. Very pleased with this one. Been doing allot of work playing with vertex blending. I'm toying with the idea of creating a suer shader for all of my assets. This would help performance as instancing a material and just changing the textures around would be better than having the engine render individual materials for every asset.
Made this material have the ability to have bump offset on or off. Variation map on or off. Need to implement the ability to vary the colour of the textures next as i plan to add the wall textures for the majority of the building I plan to create.

Quick blockout of the bank. Not sure about the shape of the stairs might have the curving outward instead of inwards to better fit with the circular nature of the area I have planned. Will fit allot better if I decide to have a round fountain also.
This is the blockout I have so far. I'm still thinking about the plaza area out the front but I'm happy with the road layout. Thinking of making the road that goes in-front of the bank a large main road. Will be allot more interesting with traffic light and crossings etc.
